Lots of Angus beef (40%), fresh beef stock*, Yorkshire Wheat Flour, unsalted butter, corn starch, free range egg glaze, natural sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and that’s it, delicious!

*Roasted beef Bones, Onions, Carrots, Leeks, Celery, Garlic, Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs and Spices, Water.

Balsamic Beef and Potato with Caramelised Onions:
 

locally sourced angus beef (30%), flour, beef stock*, unsalted Yorkshire butter, onion, potato, balsamic vinegar, egg glaze, natural sea salt, ground pepper, delicious!

Chicken with Lemon & Herbs:
 

lots of chicken (40%), flour, unsalted butter, fresh chicken stock*, milk, corn starch, lemon juice, fresh herbs, sea salt, egg glaze, nutmeg, pepper, wow!

*Whole Chickens, Onions, Carrots, Leeks, Celery, Garlic, Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs and Spices, Water.

Moroccan Style Lamb:
 

lots of English lamb (30%), flour, unsalted butter, carrots, chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, fresh coriander, garlic, egg glaze, natural sea-salt, freshly ground spices, delicious!

Spinach & Yorkshire Feta:
 

spinach, flour, Yorkshire Feta cheese, unsalted Yorkshire butter, free range egg glaze, natural sea salt, freshly ground spices, and that’s it, simple!

Beetroot with Horseradish and Mature Wensleydale:
 

Beetroot, flour, unsalted butter, cheese, onion, horseradish, cream, free range eggs, thyme, natural sea salt, freshly ground spice.!

Flour, Butter, Water and Natural Sea Salt.

 

I's Pies Quiches

Mackenzie’s Smoked Bacon & Spinach Quiche:
 

Flour, free range egg, milk, cream, onion, chedder cheese, bacon (9%) (pork, sugar, saltpetre), shortening (not hydrogenated), spinach (5%), water, fresh herbs, salt, mustard, pepper.

Broccoli and Blue Wensleydale Quiche:
 

Flour, free range eggs, milk, cream, broccoli (15%), onion, chedder cheese, blue Wensleydale cheese (6%), shortening (not hydrogenated), fresh herbs, salt, mustard, water, pepper.

 

I's Pies Sweet Tarts

Blueberry Crème Brule Tart:
 

Crème patissiere (50%), tart pastry (35%), blueberries (13%) and sugar topping (2%).

Crème Patissiere Contains: Milk, sugar, egg yolk, water, conrnflour, vanilla extract. Tart Pastry Contains: Flour, butter, free range eggs, sugar.

Lemon Curd Tart with Raspberries:
 

Lemon curd (61%), tart pastry (27%), raspberries (10%) and sweet glaze (2%).

Lemon Curd Contains: Sugar, free range eggs, lemon juice (15%), cream, butter, water, cornflour. Tart Pastry contains: Flour, butter, free range eggs, sugar. Sweet Glaze Contains: Sugar, apricot puree, water.
