Anthony loves pies! In fact, Anthony is passionate about pies and so after a year in Australia making them he decided is was time for everyone to have the chance to experience the delight of a delicious, natural pie made with only fresh, local ingredients – yummy!

He set up Independent Foods and I’s Pies was born. Since I’s Pies started, the range of Pies has grown and it now includes quiches AND sweet tarts aswell – wow!
