Anthony loves pies! In fact, Anthony is passionate about pies and so after a year in Australia making them he decided is was time for everyone to have the chance to experience the delight of a delicious, natural pie made with only fresh, local ingredients yummy! He set up Independent Foods and I's Pies was born. Since I's Pies started, the range of Pies has grown and it now includes quiches AND sweet tarts aswell wow!

Anthony works hard developing tasty new fillings and baking perfect butter pastry so that everyone has the chance to enjoy a proper pie, quiche or tart!

Leigh and his Dad decided one day set up a company making Sensoni Parcels just two doors down from where Anthony was making I's Pies. In 2006 they decided it would be a jolly good idea to combine the business of making I's Pies with that of Sensoni Parcels . . . so they did. They now work together producing the two products.

Leigh's Sensoni parcels are a bit the same as Anthony's I's Pies delicious, natural and made from locally sourced ingredients.They are mixed together to magic a scrummy parcel of herb and butter pastry with a very special filling.
